Hotel Reservations
Instructions for booking your hotel reservation are provided below. Special rates have been secured in advance. Please follow the link below, and then the instructions as outlined to receive the best rate. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
- Click on this link: Holiday Inn Midtown-Montreal.
- Destination - Hotel selection: Montreal Midtown (this should already be selected).
- Fill in the dates (check in and check out), the number of people, and other requirements.
- Scroll down just a little and click on the plus sign next to the heading "Corporate, Group & IATA Identification" and another block will open with the Group Booking Code of "CFU" and the IATA # will already be filled in.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Check availability".
- Then will appear the name of the Canadian Federation of University Women and your different booking choices, click on the "Reserve" button for the room booking that applies to you.
- Another window will appear, so complete the Form providing the required details and keep scrolling down to "Confirm Reservation".
- Your reservation is completed and an email reservation confirmation will be sent to you from the Hotel.
